Great place to live!

I’ve really enjoyed living here!! It has everything I need at a great price and the staff really make it. The property manager Grayce is the best super quick to respond any issues figured out. Everyone is kind and friendly!!

New Property Manager

Grayce the new property manager has made my time here more than exceptional. She has been very welcoming and kind, brining a kind of comfort to living at E street. She always has fun activities with incentives and loves to get to know us. She is more than happy to help you with any troubles you may have in regards to renting this property. I would highly recommend renting here under her management.

I happily reccomend it.

I have really enjoyed living here. Safe, affordable, quality amenities, and the landlord, Isaac is very kind and accommodating. He is very responsive and has the best interest of his tenants in mind. It is also in a nice, convenient area. I happily reccomend it.

I would definitely recommend living at estreet!

I have really enjoyed my time living at estreet! Isaac goes out of his way to make sure things are well taken care of. Every time I have put in a maintenance request it is fixed promptly. There is lots of study space, a gym, and a theater room. I live alone and feel very safe living here, I would definitely recommend living at estreet!

Great place to live!

Great place to live! It is very affordable and the management has great communication. The rooms are clean and the location is safe! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

I have lived at E Street for 3 years now and I absolutely love it! The management is great, the location is convenient, its clean, cared for, and the living spaces are excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommend!

E Street Flats has been such a wonderful place to live! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is more than willing to help with any requests you have and are very quick in responding to your requests. It's located it a convenient location with less than 5 minute drives to grocery stores, coffee sops, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend living here.

I have really enjoyed living at E-Street Flats! It is a great place to live if you’re looking for safe and cost-effective housing. It has a well-equipped gym, areas for studying, and is near tons of shopping centers/grocery stores. E-Street is also professionally managed and the maintenance service is top-notch! Highly recommend living here.

E-Street Flats Living Experience

I have very much enjoyed living at E-Street Flats. It's a good deal for young adults since you get great amenities, ample space and a good environment for people, like myself, who would still like to live in a community with other young adults rather than individuals and families, but without the college dorm feel or noise level. The building is clean and well-maintained and the staff is timely, responsive and professional. It is also conveniently located to important staples such as Target, Walgreens, and Dunn Brother's Coffee, which is a plus!

Great place to live

Estreet Flats is an amazing place to live. From a great landlord who is willing to help at any time to be reasonably priced. If it weren't for me transferring schools, I would love to live here for the next few years. It is so nice to be treated wit continuous kindness even after signing the lease. If you are looking for a place to live, at least tour Estreet and give it a chance.

I would highly recommend living at E-street!

E-street has been a great place to live! Their staff responds quickly to any questions that are sent by email and maintenance requests. I have had no problems with noise from neighbors as the walls are pretty sound proof which is rare in an apartment complex. There is a nice lounge area to study and a gym that is open 7 days a week that is never very busy. I would highly recommend living at E-street!

I would 10/10 recommend living here!

Every time we submit a maintenance request, the problem is fixed well and it is fixed quickly. E-Streets is also very on top of cleaning...there is always someone around who is working hard to make the place spotless. I would 10/10 recommend living here!

Wonderful community!

I had stayed in a studio while I went to graduate school at Bethel. Loved using the gym and lounge area! All utilities (water, heat, A/C) and internet are included. Staff was always on top of cleaning, snow removal, etc. Wonderful community! And Chelsea was great.

E-Street

I have lived at eStreet for about a year and a half now, and I have loved my whole stay. The rooms are very nice and the community is made up mostly of students, so it remains pretty quiet during the school year when people need to study. The amenities are great, especially the gym. Being able to go downstairs and workout during the winter is a huge plus, especially when you don't want to have to drive to your school gym. Chelsea is by far one of the best managers that I have had. She is always on top of the ball getting things done when you need it, and if she is busy she will always get it done ASAP. She is super friendly as well, so it makes it enjoyable to talk to her either whenever you see her or when you have a problem with something in your room. She is also very hardworking, I always see her cleaning up everyone else's messes, and making sure to keep the apartment building looking nice and clean. I have really enjoyed eStreet and for any college student looking for a place to stay, this is the best place in the twin cities area.

E Street

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at E Street Flats. Chelsea has been more than accommodating to everything we have needed. Every time I need clarification on something, Chelsea is available to answer my question. We had a troublesome leak at the beginning of the year and she did everything in her power to help us get it fixed as soon as possible. The rooms are great! The ONLY downfall is the countertop space and no dishwasher. Other than that, they are spacious and very modern. The exposed piping and ductwork makes you feel like you're living in a downtown loft for a quarter of the price.

A Quiet Environment Perfect For Studying

Schooling is a large part of my life right now, and studying is something I take very importantly. The study lounge is perfect place to get homework done. I’ve had no complaints about noise in regards to trying to sleep or study. Free wifi and cable is an added benefit and everyone that lives here is extremely friendly.

Best Place To Live

This was an amazing first apartment. The workers are extremely nice and get back to you in a very timely manner. The gym, study lounge, and movie theater room are very nice to have. The free wifi and cable is also a plus! It is such a safe, fun environment and super close to everything.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Friendly!

E Street Flats is a homey, and comfortable place with great places to study or to have fun; movie room, ping pong, etc.  Having Wi-Fi, TV, Heat Air, and other utilities included makes living here very convenient and comfortable. The location is probably my favorite part because there are so many great and accessible food options within minutes not to mention a Cub and Target practically out the back door.

A Comfortable Home

“E Streets Flats Is Comfortable Home To Me. Everyone Says Hello And Are Respectful Of Each Others Privacy.  Initially quite cold but once the heat is turn on it is nice and comfortable. The floors are always clean and the people are simple very nice and friendly. It feels very secured, and quiet for effective learning, I will not exchange this environment for anything. The other things I like about the apartment is that the laundry is on the second floor with a TV to catch up on news in case it has been too busy to have a life. The Gym is right in the building, very spacious and easy to access. I know there is also a TV theater space but I have not had the time to use it yet, it is good to have all these in one housing.”

Wonderful Place To Live!

Living at E Street has surpassed all my expectations. The flats are amazing and are very well done. The community is wonderful and the fact that management puts on events for us to get to know each other is great! I will recommend E Street to any and every student who is looking for a good place to live. It is also within walking distance of a pharmacy, target, caribou, and many other places in Shoreview. I Love E Street!

Living at E Street Flats is one of the best living experiences that I have had during my college experience. Living in the dorms was fun and a cool experience, but there’s nothing like living in your own apartment. The rent is cheap compared to many of the off-campus housing options, especially since it includes all of your utilities and cable/internet. I love it. I would live here forever!

Great Location, Friendly Staff

Great Spot! Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

E-Street Flats has everything you need. I feel secure and safe in the building. I love the gym downstairs. I am able to keep to myself and get things done without a ton of noise. I love that cable and Internet are included in my rent every month. The laundry room is convenient…just swipe my credit card, rather than worry about how I’m going to get some change for the machines! I enjoy living here and think you will too!
