The building entrances can only be opened with special key fobs, ensuring that only residents and their guests have access. Controlled access storage is available for bikes and scooters. Professional on-site management and maintenance personnel are available to residents during regular business hours, as well as a 24-hour management and maintenance staff in case of emergency.

E street flats is staffed with professional maintenance technicians during regular business hours to provide a friendly face to greet students as they return from class, jobs, internships or activities around town. Maintenance team members will be available to respond 24/7 to emergencies after hours as well.
